MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF ELECTROMECHANICAL OIL PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR INTEGRATED DESIGN

Developed a complex mathematical model of the electromechanical system oil production by means submerged centrifugal pump. Received an expression criterion efficiency taking into account stages extraction and repair well, as ratio volume extracted to consumed energy during cycle analysis processes. Mathematical system: asynchronous motor - pump hydraulic network is implemented in simulation provides study relationship between amount produced. The developed optimization researches nonlinear properties components system, their mutual influence. initial information determining design parameters power induction pump, geodetic height oil, maximum well for point operating range: engine load, pipeline. pressure characteristic approximated at points limits working range. Approximation carried out changes sizes giving speed rotation. According results, recommendations improving using minimizing losses process repair: studies dependence change value coefficient function period while varying duration period. For example studied, increasing time 2.5 times reduces overall 20%. Also, decreases 5% reducing from optimal 35% 65%.
